Despite all of my healthy progress, I still have absolutely NO control when it comes to anything “all you can eat” – I have to either stay away or prepare to overindulge! When I’m on vacation, while I always enjoy it, it is always a great feeling to come home!

It’ll be hard for me to pass up a buffet of chocolate croissants too. And eating them at 10:30 by the pool sounds perfect actually March/Spring is perfect motivation for a fresh start, good luck!

I don’t think I’d be good at an all-inclusive for that very reason – I think human nature would make me want to get my $$$’s worth. I will admit that February was very indulgent for me. Lots going on so healthy food wasn’t top of mine, but coming into March I’ve been craving salad of all things.
