		<description><![CDATA[Sarah - I&#039;ve heard recently that adding milk to your tea negates its anti-oxidant properties. Well, I never put milk in my tea but I do drink my tea right after drinking a glass of milk. Have you seen anything in your reading to suggest whether this too would affect tea&#039;s anti-oxidant powers?
(And PS - I recommend the loose Vanilla tea from Christina&#039;s in Cambridge.)]]></description>
