This is remarkably good, if I do say so myself – I guess I’m amazed that “just” veggies + broth + a few seasonings works out to yummy soup. I just tried it cold now – it’s pretty good, worth a try if you’re a cold soup sorta person (which I think I’m not . . . too much gazpacho as a kid, maybe?). Enjoy!

This sounds like a lovely soup recipe and it’s one I’ll definitely be trying out.
