		<description><![CDATA[Sarah,  a good do-it-yourself sub for the rotisserie chicken would be my method of cooking bone-in, skin-on chicken breast halves - salt and pepper heavily on both sides, then roast for 1 hour (on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet for easy cleanup). Comes out perfectly every time with literally no effort!
