		<description><![CDATA[I agree, I think canned beans might be the hardest. But I&#039;ll plan on trying your method for cooking and freezing. After that, I think canned tomatoes will be the hardest. They are sort of a must for the Italian sauces and soups I like so much... but thanks for the tips!

		<description><![CDATA[Canned beans. I buy the dried ones and say I&#039;m going to soak them overnight and never do. (Having a crafty child is good, as 90% of my dried beans end up in bean bag toys.) Even tonight, desperate for a quick easy meal, I came up with... Make Your Own Burrito Night. And what was center stage right next to the brown rice and shredded cheddar? A can of Trader Joes new refried beans from a can... and (if you haven&#039;t tried them yet) they are yummy. And another family favorite: hummus. Yes, I could concievably  make them with fresh garbanzos. But do I?... nope! hasn&#039;t happened since I had my daughter seven years ago. A can of garbanzos sits atop another in my pantry and I just can&#039;t give them up! Help!]]></description>
