Yes, I know about various pre-made dough options - some are much better than others, all are sticky and need to be handled . . . . like I said, too much work w/low return!  Bertucci&#039;s actually sells EVERYTHING you need, including their sauce &amp; cheese, and it&#039;s really quite good.  The Iggy&#039;s shell is delicious and so easy . . . and I just saw a no-knead EZ dough recipe on wearenotmartha.com that I might try . . . .]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[S - when I lived in Philly I used to make pizza all the time with dough that I bought in the Italian Market. It was a 1 lb. ball of fresh dough that made delish pizza. I have heard that around here, Bertucci&#039;s also sells balls of dough. Check it out if you want to work with real dough instead of a crust shell.
