Just tried a “herbed potato frittata” from Cooking Light (and added spinach for more yumminess). It was good. Once I can shovel out and get to the store I’m going to get the ingredients for your “best ever” frittata… can’t wait!!

My 13 month old son, Emerson, LOVES your food!! So while your offspring may not have gotten that foodie gene, apparently mine has, and I am tremendouly appreciative of your recipes. I follow them at least a few times a week because Emerson doesn’t care too much for repeats!! (And no left overs!)
