		<description><![CDATA[Sarah, This sounds absolutely fantastic.  I love Kielbasa, but have never thought to pair it in a more Italian preparation.  I also love that you used the soy sauce to add saltiness.  Great idea since I think it adds much more depth of flavor than simple salt alone.]]></description>
