I’ve never seen purple kale, but I’ll be on the lookout for it now! I love the sweet/spicy combo and this soup sounds absolutely delicious!

Oh my…I love kale, and I definitely love sweet potato. The cocunut milk I think would add real depth to the soup, I can’ wait to try this!
