		<description><![CDATA[In response to the Beano comment...I find that Eden Organic canned beans (cooked with kombu) are much milder on the system.  (Drain them, but don&#039;t rinse them.)  Same with dried beans--as long as they are soaked overnight, then cooked with kombu.]]></description>
