		<description><![CDATA[Both sound good!  I used to be a fan of high-heat roasting.  Learned earlier this year from a nutritionist who helps cancer patients nourish their immune systems with food that cooking foods at temps above 325 deg F is not recommended because of the oxidizing effect/chemical reactions that the higher temps induce.  So instead of cooking the beets at 375, for example, you could bump it down to 325 and simply cook longer.]]></description>
