Product Review and Sample Policy

Unless otherwise stated, the reviews on this blog are a result of my own purchases and experiences. If I’ve received an invitation from a restaurant or a product sample from a manufacturer or a PR firm, I’ll let you know, up front in the review. I was a hired gun for years, but those days are over for me!

If you’re a company or a rep for a company, you’re welcome to send me samples, but please make sure they are relevant to the subject-matter of this blog – that is, healthy cooking and/or healthy living. I will make every effort to examine, taste, read or otherwise sample your product or restaurant in a timely fashion. I do not, however, promise to review your product or promise to review it in a positive light. I will not accept pay-to-post advertising. I will consider paid advertising on a case-by-case basis.
