Ingredients
- 5 T. ground allspice
- 3.5 T. black pepper
- 3.5 T. ground cinnamon
- 5 T. ground cloves
- 4 T. ground nutmeg
- 4 T. ground fenugreek
- 4 T. ground ginger
Instructions
- Mix all the spices thoroughly and store in an airtight container.

Yields approx. 7 oz. spice mix
