Ground Turkey Breast, Sweet Breakfast Style

- 1 lb. ground turkey breast
- 1 large apple, cored and chopped into ½-inch chunks
- 1 T. coconut oil
- cinnamon to taste
- pumpkin pie spice to taste
- nutmeg to taste
- stevia to taste
- Add the coconut oil to a large skillet and heat it over medium high heat to melt.
- Once melted, add the turkey breast and break it up with a spoon to get it into small pieces as it's browning.
- Once turkey is almost cooked through, add the chopped apple, stevia and the spices.
- Cook until the apple is tender and the turkey is cooked through.
