		<description>That&#039;s a great idea, Jill - one other I do sometimes is that I tell myself that all snacks for a given day have to be either fruits or vegetables.  I usually have 2 snacks (at least!) per day, so that gets at least 2 more servings of fruits/veggies in.</description>
